Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) required.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • 2+ years experience in NDIS sector.
  • Passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives, compassionate, person-centred and strengths-focused.

About the role

Salary package of $85,000 - $100,000 + Super

  • Company car
  • Fuel card, laptop and mobile phone provided
  • All clinical resources and assessment tools supplied
  • $2,500 annual professional development allowance
  • 2 paid CPD days per year
  • Regular internal supervision and mentoring
  • Fortnightly OT discipline meetings
  • KPI target capped at 26 billable hours per week, including travel and report writing
  • Dedicated 4 clinical days + 1 administration day
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your diary
  • Geographically zoned caseloads to minimise travel
  • Travel generally limited to 30-45 minutes from your home
  • Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Quarterly team social events
  • Employee Assistance Program, including up to 10 counselling sessions per year
