Job summary

Better Rehab on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-led, supportive team. You will work across NDIS and Support at Home, delivering ADLs, AT, equipment prescription and home modifications to a diverse caseload.

Join a small, multidisciplinary group and advance your leadership through mentoring others while maintaining high-quality, participant-centred care across homes, day centres, and community settings on the Northern Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered).
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• 4+ years of post-grad OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and the beach.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and share best practices.

Join our small, close-knit team in Arundel servicing the Northern Gold Coast! You'll work alongside a welcoming and friendly multidisciplinary team of OTs, speech pathologists, PBS practitioners and a physio, dedicated to providing high quality, participant-centred care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career, developing and refining their supervision and mentoring skills while shaping the growth of other clinicians.
