"What I love most about Better Rehab is it gives OTs an opportunity to manage diverse caseloads and develop our clinical skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

Joining our amazing team inCanterbury, you'll work alongside a small, close-knit and social team that enjoys regular team lunches, monthly social outings and a highly collaborative approach across caseloads.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

Where we don't just say we trust our clinicians - we show it. A community built by clinicians, for clinicians.
