Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Observability Admin in Sydney to drive end-to-end Dynatrace deployments and provide multi-tier support (L1-L3). You will work within a hybrid model and collaborate with cloud teams to optimize performance monitoring across applications.

The role requires PoC experience, Dynatrace certification, and strong ITIL knowledge to align monitoring with business impact. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end knowledge of Dynatrace implementation.
• Hands-on PoC experience with Dynatrace.
• Experience providing L1/L2/L3 support for Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of one cloud platform (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of configuring detection rules in Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• End to End knowledge on Dynatrace implementation.
• At least one PoC should have hands on experience.
• Providing L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace all activities.
• Should have strong in any one of the cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Configure the Process and Service detection rules.
• Good experience in RUM and user action monitoring, SLOs, and funnel charts.
• Ability to adapt configurations based on customer requirements.
• Certified in Dynatrace Admin/Professional.
• Strong knowledge in all Dynatrace services and functionalities.
• Problem solving within deadlines without impacting the customer.
• Raising and following up support tickets with Dynatrace teams.
• Explain how APM helps customers transform problem solving.

Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis).

Roles and Responsibilities

End to End knowledge on Dynatrace implementation.

At least one PoC should have hands on experience.

Providing L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace all activities.

Should have strong in any one of the cloud implementations.

Expertise in Configure the Process and Service detection rules.

Good experience in RUM i.e. User action/session properties, request attributes, SLOs, calculated metrics, Mobile app user experience monitoring, Key user action metrics, Funnel charts for journeys etc

Easy to adapt new configurations based on the customer requirements.

Ability to understand and map key problem areas basis the explanation given by the customer.

Certified in Dynatrace Admin/Professional

Should have strong knowledge in all Dynatrace services and functionalities.

Expertise in problem solving within the deadlines without impact to the customer.

Expertise in raising support tickets and follow-up's, and connecting with Dynatrace supporting people.

Always fulfill the customer requirements.

Articulate how APM will help the customer transform his current approach of problem solving.

Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player.

Application architecture and Business impact of downtime.

Dynatrace integrations to any ITSM tool.

Knowledge in Synthetic Monitoring Concept and implementation.

Experience in performing application performance analysis.

Strong knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management

ADDITIONAL

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
