• Dynatrace certifications Associate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the enterprise observability strategy aligned to business KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end Dynatrace implementation across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Configure APM, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, Synthetic, and log analytics capabilities.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM (ServiceNow), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Role Overview

The Dynatrace SME is responsible fordriving the enterprise observability strategy and leading the implementation,governance, and optimization of Dynatrace across applications, infrastructure,and digital services. This role combines deep technical expertise withleadership responsibilities to enable proactive monitoring, AIOps, andbusiness-aligned observability outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

ObservabilityLeadership & Strategy

Define and own the enterpriseobservability strategy aligned to business KPIs (availability, MTTR, userexperience)

Drive adoption of observabilitypractices across engineering, SRE, and operations teams

Establish observability maturity roadmap

Lead governance framework includingstandards, policies, and best practices

Lead end-to-end Dynatrace implementationacross hybrid/multi-cloud environments

Configure APM, infrastructuremonitoring, RUM, Synthetic, and log analytics capabilities

Enable AI-driven monitoring (Davis AI)for anomaly detection and RCA

Drive proactive incident detection,reduction in noise, and alert rationalization
