Ideal candidates have 10+ years in observability/SRE, 3–5+ years Dynatrace experience, and Dynatrace Associate certification preferred.

• 10+ years in monitoring/observability/SRE roles.
• 3–5+ years hands-on Dynatrace experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale observability implementations and migrations.
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the enterprise observability strategy aligned to business KPIs (availability, MTTR, user experience).
• Lead governance with standards, policies, and best practices; drive Dynatrace implementation across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Role Overview

The Dynatrace SME is responsible fordriving the enterprise observability strategy and leading the implementation,governance, and optimization of Dynatrace across applications, infrastructure,and digital services. This role combines deep technical expertise withleadership responsibilities to enable proactive monitoring, AIOps, andbusiness-aligned observability outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

ObservabilityLeadership & Strategy

Define and own the enterpriseobservability strategy aligned to business KPIs (availability, MTTR, userexperience)

Drive adoption of observabilitypractices across engineering, SRE, and operations teams

Establish observability maturity roadmap

Lead governance framework includingstandards, policies, and best practices

Lead end-to-end Dynatrace implementationacross hybrid/multi-cloud environments

Configure APM, infrastructuremonitoring, RUM, Synthetic, and log analytics capabilities

Enable AI-driven monitoring (Davis AI)for anomaly detection and RCA

Drive proactive incident detection,reduction in noise, and alert rationalization

Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgetsaligned to business services
