You will coordinate scheduling, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate booking records, and support operations with data entry and general admin.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookings, scheduling, or customer service within healthcare, nursing, or agency staffing.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple bookings and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage nursing staff bookings via phone, email, and booking systems.
• Coordinate shift schedules and send confirmations to staff and facilities.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally; address staffing needs or changes.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and staff availability in the system.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and emergency staffing requests efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare staff and facility managers.
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and general office support.
