Estia Health is seeking care staff to support residents across our aged care homes. You will engage with residents daily, ensuring comfort, nutrition, and wellbeing while working with a compassionate team.

The role emphasizes patient dignity, health monitoring, and assisting with daily activities in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments
