Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring, patient-focused carers to join our aged care homes in Victoria. You will support residents with daily tasks, meals, and activities, while collaborating with a supportive team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.

You will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, and prior caregiving experience is valued. Strong communication and solid documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensure residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active and engaged.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as needed.
• Be a compassionate friend to residents and respect privacy and dignity.
