Job summary

SA Health invites applications for a RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 3 in Murray and Mallee. You will lead nursing and midwifery management, drive service improvements, and coordinate key operational, staffing and resource management to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN/Midwife with current registration and at least 3 years post-registration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.
• Experience managing residential aged care facilities, including financial and resource management.
• Project management, staff development and consumer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Standards, legislation and quality improvement systems.
