SA Health is seeking an experienced RN/Midwife Unit Manager Level 2 to lead a nursing/midwifery team within Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, staff development and efficient ward operations.

Eligible candidates with AHPRA registration and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills will fit well, with duties spanning rostering, recruitment, performance management and quality improvement activities.

Competenze

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with AHPRA, with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or current classification as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and experience supervising and supporting students and less experienced staff.

• Lead and mentor nursing/midwifery staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assist with recruitment, performance management, rostering, leave management and day-to-day ward operations.
