Job summary

The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network in Renmark is seeking an experienced RN/Midwife Level 3 to take a Nurse Unit Manager role. You will lead nursing and midwifery management, coordinate staffing and resources, and drive service improvements to enhance patient care.

This full-time term contract offers a supportive culture, opportunities for professional development, and involvement in a wide rural health network across Murray and Mallee communities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with current registration and 3+ years post-registration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and change management.
• Experience managing residential aged care facilities, including financial and resource management.
• Experience in project management, staff development and consumer engagement.
• Knowledge of legislation, Aged Care Standards, ACFI and quality improvement systems.

Responsibilities
