Job summary

Care Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the NSW West territory, driving sustainable sales growth across retail pharmacies and building trusted customer relationships.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will develop and execute territory plans, emphasise OTC/healthcare products, and increase product visibility through merchandising and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in OTC/healthcare.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proactive, driven and target-focused.
• Willingness to travel NSW West.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plan to hit targets.
• Build long-term relationships with retail pharmacies.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Increase product distribution and share.
• Deliver in-store product training.
• Monitor market trends and report insights.
• Maintain Salesforce data and territory reporting.
