Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will develop and execute territory plans, emphasise OTC/healthcare products, and increase product visibility through merchandising and training initiatives.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Care Pharmaceuticals, taking ownership of the NSW West territory. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing Care Pharmaceuticals' portfolio across retail pharmacies, building strong customer relationships and driving sustainable sales growth across your territory. This is a hands‑on field sales role suited to someone who understands the OTC/healthcare and pharmacy environment, enjoys building trusted customer relationships and is motivated by achieving results.
Developing and executing an effective territory sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets
Building strong, long‑term relationships with retail pharmacy customers and key accounts
Identifying and converting opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
Increasing product distribution and market share across your territory
Keeping customers informed about core products, new product launches, promotions and offers
Delivering engaging in‑store product training to pharmacy teams
Maximising product visibility through effective merchandising and promotional activity
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends and providing relevant insights to the business
Maintaining accurate customer and activity information within Salesforce
Managing territory reporting, call cycles and sales activity effectively
Proven sales experience primarily within an OTC/healthcare environment
Strong understanding of how to build and grow customer relationships
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build effective relationships
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
A driven, target‑focused approach with the ability to work independently
Strong organisation, prioritisation and time‑management skills
A collaborative approach and genuine team-player mentality
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the NSW West territory
