Job summary

Tarocash is seeking a senior retail leader to drive NSW performance, shape the state operating plan and develop the leadership team. You will tackle complex challenges, coach field leaders and deliver sustained improvements across a large store network.

You will lead commercial performance, partner with national teams and ensure a safe, well‑run operation with strong customer focus. Travel across NSW is expected.

Qualifications

• Accomplished retail operator with strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance across NSW, driving sales growth and profitability.
• Shape and deliver the NSW operating plan, aligning people and resources to achieve results.
• Develop the NSW leadership team, strengthening capability and succession.
• Identify root causes of performance and operational challenges and lead solutions.
• Lead key retail initiatives and change to ensure consistent delivery across the state.
• Maintain a strong field presence, coaching leaders and monitoring store performance.
• Collaborate with national teams to improve operations and share best practices.
• Oversee standards, workforce planning and compliance to run a safe store network.
