Decobu, a rapidly growing national building services consultancy, is seeking a State Lead to own the New South Wales business and report to the Managing Director. You will shape strategic direction with the national leadership team and drive growth across Australia.

This role blends commercial leadership, people leadership and technical excellence, empowering you to build high‑performing teams, deliver outstanding client outcomes, and influence company strategy.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience within a building services consultancy.
• Demonstrated success leading people, projects and business performance.
• Experience managing or influencing a P&L.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in people.
• Growth mindset with energy to build something special.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
