Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a State Director to lead NSW growth for a premier project management consultancy. You will drive business development, lead a team of project managers, and oversee P&L performance in a portfolio of social infrastructure projects across health, aged care, education and government sectors.

You'll leverage an extensive NSW network to secure opportunities, build client relationships and deliver bids, proposals and presentations at executive level.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or property advisory.
• Strong NSW market network and client relationships.
• Proven business development and leadership capabilities.
• Previous P&L or business unit management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the NSW business and deliver sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute the NSW business development strategy.
• Build long-term relationships with government and private sector clients.
• Win new projects across the social infrastructure sector.
• Lead major bids, fee proposals and presentations.
• Manage the NSW P&L, budgets and financial performance.
• Forecast pipeline, revenue and resource requirements.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Project Managers.
• Recruit and develop high-performing professionals.
• Provide executive oversight across major project portfolios.
• Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business.
