Job summary

Contour Education is launching its first NSW campuses in Sydney in January 2027 and aims to grow to multiple campuses across the state. The General Manager, NSW will own the state performance, lead the Campus Leaders, and build school and community partnerships while reporting to the VP of Sales.

Based in the Sydney area with full working rights in Australia, you will drive enrolments, revenue, campus quality and local team growth, with a salary of AUD 230,000–250,000 (OTE) plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-site team or region.
• Record of owning a sales, enrolment or growth target.
• Experience building and leading a sales team.
• Experience opening, launching or growing sites, a region or a market.
• Knowledge of the HSC and local schools landscape, or the drive to learn it fast.

Responsibilities

• Lead the state plan, report weekly on enrolments, campuses and team.
• Turn central Marketing’s demand into enrolments through local catchments, schools, community relationships and campuses.
• Lead, coach and hire Campus Leaders, ensuring each campus runs to Contour standards, including rostering and compliance.
• Build relationships with schools, careers advisers and community groups, and run workshops and parent evenings that lead to enrolments.
• Hire and lead a local sales team and the operations layer ahead of enrolments and campus openings.
