Job summary

Contour is seeking a Head of Partnerships to build a national ecosystem across universities, schools, multicultural communities and regional Australia. You will own partner-sourced enrolments and drive expansion into QLD and NSW.

Reporting to the VP of Sales in our Sales team, you will lead a cross-functional partnership group across Sales, Marketing and Academics, shaping programs that serve students' goals and improve Contour's offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships or business development in education or trusted services.
• Proven track record of building partner channels from scratch.
• Experience with schools, universities or community organisations.
• CRM discipline with partner leads, pipeline and results.

Responsibilities

• Own national partnership plan aligned to sales targets.
• Build programs with universities, government and schools.
• Partner with multicultural and regional communities.
• Manage partnerships end-to-end with reviews and renewals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and product.
