Job summary

Nature’s Care in Sydney is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our Australian sales business and strengthen relationships with key retail and wholesale customers. You will work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to maximise sales performance, deliver customer value and support the Company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account management, FMCG sales, retail sales or business development.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience managing major retail or wholesale accounts; Costco/pharmacy/duty-free exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with major retail, pharmacy, wholesale and other key accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new customers and channels to expand market presence.
• Lead pricing, promotions, trading terms and other commercial negotiations.
• Analyze performance, market trends and sales data to find growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and understand client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product ranging and customer initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports; address gaps.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations.
• Expand product ranges and market share across Australia.
