Job summary

Higgins Coatings in Brisbane is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined North Brisbane territory, prospect new B2B opportunities and convert conversations into site visits and profitable wins.

You’ll manage end-to-end deal cycles, build relationships with schools, high-rise apartments, hospitals and shopping centres, and maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined follow-up. Flexible work arrangements and uncapped earning potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales through proactive prospecting.
• Ability to reach decision-makers and secure meetings.
• Resilience and discipline to maintain momentum through longer sales cycles.
• Nice to have experience in commercial painting, facilities maintenance, construction, building, or similar industries.

Responsibilities
