Hinchen Recruitment Group in Brisbane seeks a driven Business Development Executive for new business sales. You will identify opportunities, build a local pipeline and engage decision-makers across commercial environments, including offices, gyms and healthcare settings.

You’ll operate autonomously, supported by a proven sales process and onboarding, with potential to exceed OTE as you grow market presence in Brisbane.

Formación

• Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Experience in identifying opportunities and growing the pipeline.
• Comfort with owning your day and managing field sales activities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Engage with prospective customers via phone, networking and in-person visits.
• Meet with decision-makers to understand needs and present solutions.
