Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager, North Australia, to lead the SE Northern team and drive engineering programs aligned with regional sales goals. You will work with regional leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure successful customer outcomes across enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications

12+ years in direct management of SE managers, SEs, and Solutions Architects driving customer outcomes.
Proven leadership with cross-functional team building and scaling capabilities.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence decisions at executive levels.

Responsibilities

Guide, coach, and mentor SE Northern team.
Develop engineering programs & GTM strategies with regional leaders.
Identify revenue-impacting escalations and drive timely resolutions.
Lead creation of distinctive technical product and solution strategies for the region.
Represent Check Point at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.
