Job summary

Check Point Software in Australia seeks an experienced Professional Services engineer to deliver PS engagements and security consulting for large networks. You will implement high-end Check Point solutions across complex environments and coordinate with customers to ensure security goals are met.

You will collaborate with sales, R&D, TAC and other teams, develop MOPs/LLDs, and run tests on new features while training customers, driving successful deployment and post-sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience with IP-based networks and security products.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and cyber security concepts.
• Experience with Check Point GAIA OS and high-end products.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PS engagements per Check Point PS standards.
• Provide security consultancy to large customers.
• Provide integration and implementation services for high-end products in complex networks.
• Perform Technical Account Management duties with key accounts.
• Provide product training and workshops to customers.
• Develop Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Develop test plans and test new features before production.
• Troubleshoot Check Point products as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams for customer satisfaction.
• Act in the best interest of the company at all times.
