Job summary

Mother Duck Childcare - Gaythorne is seeking a part-time Nominated Supervisor to lead a passionate service, mentor early childhood educators and partner with the franchisee to uphold high standards of care and learning.

You will contribute to curriculum delivery, policy implementation and family engagement, with ongoing coaching from the Franchisee and Support Office to prepare for future senior leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education and care service.
• Current Blue Card.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation.
• A genuine passion for high-quality education, leadership, mentoring educators and building strong relationships with children and families.

Nominated Supervisor - Part-Time Permanent Position

At Mother Duck Childcare, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional early childhood education and care through a unique network of owner-operated centres. We believe in growing leaders from within. This role provides a supported pathway towards future opportunities as a Mother Duck Franchisee Owner-Operator for the right person.

As one of our franchisee-led centres, Gaythorne offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the franchisee, gaining hands‑on mentorship, guidance and valuable insight into the operational, pedagogical and business aspects of early childhood leadership.

We are currently seeking a part time passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our Gaythorne service.

Receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from our experienced Service Franchisee, the Mother Duck Support Office team, including specialists in Operations, Curriculum, Policy, People and Culture, and Business Leadership.
