Mother Duck is seeking a part-time Nominated Supervisor at our Gaythorne service in Brisbane. You will lead a dedicated team, mentor educators and drive a high-quality learning environment that values children, families and staff.

The role provides mentoring from the franchisee and Mother Duck Support Office and a pathway toward future senior leadership or franchise ownership. You will work under the guidance of the franchisee and support office to ensure quality care, compliance with the NQF,

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Leadership experience within an early childhood service.
• Current Blue Card.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
• Passion for high-quality education, leadership and mentoring educators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a passionate team to create nurturing, inclusive and inspiring learning environments for children and families.
