Age/Year Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education to run the daily operations of our boutique 45-place service. The role involves leading a small team across three rooms with two large outdoor play areas and ensuring exceptional educational programs.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, build relationships with families and the community, and maintain a safe, compliant environment

Qualifications

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a high-quality program and environment.
• Experience in management of the service.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong leadership and management qualities.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
• Strong understanding of National Laws and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring high quality program and environment is provided to the children and educators.

• Ensuring the Child Safe Environment is maintained.

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate Nominated Supervisor with degree of Early Childhood to run the daily operations of our beautiful purpose built service and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational programs. It is a small 45 place boutique style Centre. We have 3 rooms and two large outdoor play area. It is a maternity leave position. Our centre has a homely feel and it is very warm and welcoming.
