Caulfield Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an energetic Night Supervisor and Attendants to join our friendly team. You will lead the night shift, support the Duty Managers, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced venue.

About the Role

As a Night Supervisor / Attendant, you will work closely with the Venue Manager Assistant Manager and Duty Managers to ensure the smooth operations during evening and night shifts.

You will play a key role on shift – Supporting the team, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching staff, and creating a positive team culture.
