Job summary

Metro Staffing Solutions is seeking an energetic Night Shift Supervisor for a gaming-focused hotel venue in Kingsford, Sydney. You will lead the overnight team and oversee venue operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience throughout the night.

The role requires hospitality experience (ideally in hotels or gaming venues), a valid NSW RSA and RCG, and the ability to supervise staff and handle customer queries independently. Night shifts and a fun, supportive team are on offer.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience, ideally in hotel or gaming venue.
• Valid NSW RSA and RCG.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing venue operations independently.
• Experience with TAB, KENO and gaming systems.
• Confident using POS systems and handling customer transactions.
• Able to manage customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Reliable, well-presented and able to take initiative.
• Available to work weekday night shifts.
