Job summary

Regents Park Hotel in Sydney's south is seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee the gaming room and maintain its welcoming, community‑focused vibe. This hands‑on role involves working with the Publican to ensure compliant, safe operation and great guest experiences.

You’ll lead a small team, bring gaming know‑how, and foster a positive atmosphere with excellent service across shifts. An RSA/RCG are required, along with a passion for hospitality and compliant gaming.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RCG as per state requirements.
• Experience in gaming operations, attendant, supervisor, or manager roles preferred.
• Strong compliance and safe gaming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules.
• Share your gaming know‑how and help your team be the best in the biz.
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.
