Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) seeks a TVP Shift Supervisor for the second shift at our Decatur, IL facility. You will direct daily TVP operations, lead shift meetings, ensure GMP, safety and environmental compliance, and drive training for new and existing staff.

Qualifications

• Oversee TVP facility operations ensuring quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead daily shift meetings with incoming staff and coordinate hourly production employees.
• Train new employees and coach current staff to improve performance.
• Schedule and adjust hours during plant shutdowns and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the TVP facility and coordinate tasks for hourly production workers to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Audit operator standard work and provide coaching; deploy training on equipment operation and PPE.
• Conduct incident investigations and communicate safety concerns to leadership; enforce discipline when needed.
• Maintain morale, clear communications, and timely reporting to management.
