Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a reliable DC Operator for our Wetherill Park Distribution Centre in Sydney. You will safely pick, load, and dispatch orders, operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts with RF scanners in a fast-paced environment.

Join a strong team focused on safety, quality and people, with a night shift pattern (6:00 PM–6:20 AM) and a 3-day week. Prior forklift experience and WMS familiarity are essential as we strive for continuous improvement in our operations.

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift license and proven experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution centre environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick, load, and dispatch customer orders in line with priorities and procedures.
• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts, RF scanners, and support AGV operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control through inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow all safety rules, CoR, fatigue management and cold chain requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.

This role is critical to ensuring products are accurately picked, loaded, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.Shift details: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday | 6:00 PM - 6:20 AM.
