Job summary

At Bega Group, the Regional IT Support Analyst is based at the Wetherill Park site in Sydney and supports end users across the eastern seaboard. You will resolve hardware and software issues, assist via video conferencing, and image new systems to the standard operating environment.

The role involves on-call remote support on a roster, with travel to other NSW sites and occasional interstate travel. A proactive mindset and ITIL experience are valued at a major Australian food company.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and/or Certifications in IT.
• Experience in an IT Specialist role providing infrastructure/hardware/application support to multiple sites.
• ITIL experience and certification desired.
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative during non-peak times.
• Passionate and willing to grow with a well-established and iconic Australian brand.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1st and 2nd level support to internal staff for computer and mobile device issues, in person or remote.
• Escalates issues to higher level support or third-party vendors when needed.
• Provides video conferencing assistance and fault finding.
• Images new systems with Bega standard operating environment and coordinates stock with procurement.

This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.The Regional IT Support Analyst will assist end users resolve issues with computer hardware or software, respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot, diagnose problems and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications. This role will report to the Regional Support Lead and will be heavily supported by the wider National IT team.This position involves being on call for remote support on a rotating roster, once every nine weeks.
