Job summary

The Team Manager - Distribution at Bega Group leads our distribution operations team at Crestmead dairy, near Logan, south of Brisbane. This role drives safe, efficient, on-time delivery with a focus on a strong culture and continuous improvement.

You will manage a permanent night shift roster (Mon-Fri, 12:00am–8:00am) and play a key part in developing people, fostering teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

Join a well-known and trusted Australian FMCG brand where people genuinely come first. As Team Manager - Distribution, you will lead our distribution operations team to deliver outstanding customer service safely, efficiently and on time. You will play a key role in driving operational performance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. The successful candidate must be available to work a permanent night shift roster: Monday to Friday | 12:00am (Midnight) to 8:00am Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
