Job summary

Based in NSW, Bega Group's Ridge Street site specialises in contract manufacturing of a wide range of cheese products. As a Production Operator you will help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly and deliver high-quality products Australians know and trust.

We are recruiting for multiple permanent positions across night shifts and rotating day/afternoon shifts, with responsibilities including operating equipment, quality checks, monitoring processes and supporting a positive, safe

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and following procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Reliability, adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Based in beautiful Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW, our Ridge Street site specialises in contract manufacturing and produces a wide range of packaged, natural and processed cheese products. These include the iconic Bega Cheese range, including Mild, Tasty and Vintage cheese blocks, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices.

As a Production Operator, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that helps keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly while delivering quality products that Australians know and trust.

We’re currently recruiting for multiple permanent positions across the following shift patterns:

Night Shift -Monday to Friday

• 10:00 pm to 6:00am

Rotating Day & Afternoon Shift (2-Week Rotation) - Monday to Friday

• Day shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm

• Afternoon shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and follow established procedures to support daily operations
