QT Hotels & Resorts, EVT’s premium lifestyle hotel brand, invites you to join our overnight team in Queensland. Deliver warm, efficient service, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate billing as you help guests feel at home during late hours.

Work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and the Night Manager to prepare rooms, resolve issues and uphold safety. You’ll be part of a diverse, empowered team that values community and career growth across EVT's hotel and entertainment network.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with hotel systems and handling financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently overnight while remaining calm and professional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks.
• Ensure all revenue and payments are posted accurately and reconciled.
• Process reservations and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Night Manager to prepare rooms and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold hotel policies.
• Support other departments and take on additional duties as required.
