Job summary

Novotel Sydney International Airport, part of Accor, is seeking a Full Time Night Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences and maintain strong human connections at every stage of a guest’s stay. You will balance takings, ensure accurate guest charges, and uphold safety across the property.

The role requires handling night audits, supervising Front Office staff, and producing daily trading reports, with shifts including late evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management systems, Opera Cloud preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and time management.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with reliability for unsupervised work.
• Willingness to use initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Check and balance the day’s takings from hotel outlets.
• Ensure accurate charges to guest rooms.
• Maintain guest safety and security.
• Complete night audit reconciliation and Excel reporting.
• Perform Front Office duties for late arrivals and early departures.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly trading reports.
• Supervise Front Office and other departments when required.
• Control after-hours access to the property.
