Job summary

Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a motivated Front Office All-Rounder to join our busy, guest‑facing team. You will deliver seamless service from check‑in to check‑out and act as the first contact for guests.

This full‑time role requires strong hospitality skills, the ability to multi‑task, and a friendly, professional demeanor even under pressure. This position offers a dynamic environment near central Sydney landmarks, with opportunities for growth within Accor’s global network.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
• Natural ability to surprise guests with authentic service.
• Genuine customer service focus and dedication to making guests smile during their stay.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivering service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
• Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Complete a variety of tasks, including promoting hotel facilities and maintaining guest accounts.
• Perform duties of night audit, room controllers and porterage service.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
• Assist guests with self-check-in kiosks.
• Brief non-ALL- Accor Live Limitless members on features and benefits and sign them up to the loyalty program.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Delivering service excellence fromcheck in to check out and everywhere in between
• Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
• Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
• Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service

• Ensuringguests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
