Job summary

Novotel Sydney Parramatta is seeking a Part-Time Night Manager to lead our Front Office team during the overnight shift. You will oversee late check-ins, guest requests, and security while supporting the night porter crew to ensure a warm, efficient guest experience.

Key responsibilities include end-of-day admin, cash handling, and coordinating with other departments. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit or overnight Front Office experience within a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions during overnight operations.
• Strong attention to detail and sound administrative skills.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers.
