Job summary

Accor is seeking a Night Manager for ibis Styles Sydney Central, based in the Sydney CBD. The role focuses on overseeing overnight operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and property safety, and supporting a smooth 24/7 operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Night Supervisor stepping up to a Night Manager role, with a dynamic team and brand-driven hospitality culture. You'll be part of a globally recognized hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Night Audit experience in the hotel industry.
• Guest-obsessed service mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to adapt to change and provide quick solutions.
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera Cloud.
• Must have valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nightly reconciliation of hotel trading, and prepare reports and statistics to standard and audit requirements.
• Deliver efficient guest services including check-in/check-out and guest inquiries.
• Settle guest accounts and ensure cashiering accuracy.
• Maintain strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
• Uphold the hotel's professional standards and appearance.
• Be analytical with attention to detail throughout night operations.

Job Description

Centrally located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we are looking for a Full TimeNight Manager to join our team at the ecclecticIbis Styles Sydney Central.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic night expert to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Night Supervisor looking for your next step or a Night Manager looking for a change of scenery.

• Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.
• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
• Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
• Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism
• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience Include:

• Relevant Night Audit experience in the hotel industry
• Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
• Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera cloud
• Have valid Australian working rights
