Job summary

Ibis Styles Sydney Central is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for night owls who are guest-obsessed, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a bustling hotel environment.

You will assist the Night Manager with balancing daily transactions, ensuring accurate guest accounts, and providing outstanding service during check-in, check-out and throughout the night.

• Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
• Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
• Valid Australian working rights
• A valid NSW RSA
