You will guide guests from check-in to check-out, offer local tips, and ensure a smooth, personalised stay.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling inquiries across channels, and managing reservations with attention to detail while maintaining a cheerful, guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication across in-person, phone and email channels.
• Consistently delivers high-quality guest service with a proactive approach.
• Passionate about creating positive guest experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintains a polished, professional presentation.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly reception and smooth check-in for guests.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across channels to deliver exceptional service.
• Process guest reservations, updates and requests using the property system for seamless scheduling.
• Act as primary contact for guests, offering prompt assistance and personalised recommendations.
