Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a casual Night Guest Service Agent who loves hospitality and aims to create memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and guide them with local tips, all while delivering service with warmth and professionalism.

From arrival to departure, you’ll be the main point of contact, handling inquiries across in person, phone, and email, and using the property management system to manage reservations and requests.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and updates using PMS for seamless scheduling.
• Act as the main contact for guests, offering personalized recommendations.
