Oaks R Suites Geelong is seeking a full-time Night Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and deliver warm, professional service. You will guide guests through check-ins/outs, share local tips, and ensure memorable experiences in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, communicating clearly across channels, and assisting guests with personalised recommendations. Shifts are 10.00pm–6.00am, 38 hours per week, with penalties for weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in delivering high-quality service within hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
• Clear and professional communication across mediums, ensuring precise correspondence.
• Proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations and updates using the property management system for scheduling.
