Job summary

Crowne Plaza Adelaide is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the overnight Front Office, delivering prompt, personalised service to guests. You will oversee Reception, Concierge and Porter teams, handle guest concerns, and ensure nightly financial reports are accurate and compliant.

You will champion IHG Rewards recognition, maintain brand standards, and conduct effective handovers to the day team while upholding safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Overnight Front Office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Front Office colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight Front Office operation with prompt, professional, personalised service.
• Respond to guest concerns and operational issues with sound judgement and escalation where needed.
• Oversee Reception, Concierge and Porter operations and maintain service standards.
• Monitor Front Office and public areas, addressing maintenance, safety or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure VIP, regular and IHG Rewards guests receive appropriate recognition and benefits.
• Champion IHG Rewards enrolment and brand standards.
