Job summary

Pullman Adelaide, part of the Accor network, seeks a seasoned Night Manager to lead overnight Front Office operations at our premium Adelaide property. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will act as Duty Manager and represent senior leadership after hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You'll oversee late arrivals and departures, manage emergencies, mentor the night team, and promote ALL loyalty benefits while maintaining the high standards that define Pullman

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment (premium setting preferred).
• Strong guest service focus and leadership presence after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations, acting as Duty Manager.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Conduct nightly audits and prepare operational reports.
• Lead the night team to maintain premium service standards.
• Promote and explain ALL loyalty benefits to guests.
