Job summary

Village Roadshow Sea World Resort is seeking a Night Duty Manager for the overnight shift (10:30 pm – 6:30 am) at Main Beach on the Gold Coast. Lead overnight guest experiences, ensure security, and manage guest services with a focus on accuracy and seamless operations.

The role demands leadership, auditing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• A current RSA Certificate is required.
• Experience in Night Auditing or Front Office Supervision is preferred.
• Advanced certifications in First Aid and Resuscitation are essential.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail and passion for guest service are important.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily arrivals, reconcile guest accounts, process charges and ensure financial precision.
• Oversee nightly operations to guarantee guest comfort and safety.
• Safeguard property and guests, adhering to high security and compliance standards.
• Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to requests and provide after-hours service.
• Train Night Guest Service Agents with inductions and ongoing training.
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and prepare for the next day.

About the Role:

As our Night Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our overnight guest experience. From auditing daily activity and ensuring financial accuracy to preparing for upcoming arrivals, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless guest satisfaction. With security, leadership, and operational excellence at the forefront, you’ll step into Night Manager duties as needed and help keep our resort running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master the Details: Audit daily arrivals, reconcile guest accounts, process charges, and ensure financial precision.

What You Bring:

• A current RSA Certificate
