Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns invites an experienced Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will manage all night-time front desk activities, perform the Night Audit, and ensure accurate guest records in Fidelio.

Collaboration with the Night Supervisor and timely handovers are essential for smooth overnight operations. Ideal candidates have prior night audit or similar front desk experience, strong guest service skills, and familiarity with Fidelio PMS.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Auditor or equivalent front office role.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest service standards.
• Familiarity with Fidelio or similar PMS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all front desk activities during the night shift and support the Night Supervisor.
• Discuss shift issues with the outgoing team and complete shift handover.
• Maintain the Reception Diary and record follow-up items for AM/PM shifts.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and current room availability; manage early arrivals/departures.
• Execute the Night Audit process and update guest profiles in Fidelio in line with Shangri-La standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies and assist guests with requests during the night.
