Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Night Manager for the Cairns property, covering 11pm to 7am shift. You will serve as the reliable point of contact for late-night guest inquiries, oversee security, and manage minor maintenance matters to uphold the hotel’s exceptional reputation.

Responsibilities include supervising nightly operations, handling check-ins/outs, managing the reception desk, and overseeing night audit and reporting procedures, while supporting the daytime team as needed.

Formación

• Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to customer service and the technical proficiency to execute nightly front office transaction audits.
• Quick thinking, customer-centric trouble shooter with a proactive approach to crafting and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate daily revenue capture and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises during your shift
• Deliver continuous customer service throughout the evening, encompassing check-ins, checkouts, and addressing guest inquiries
• Manage the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures
