Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a hotel environment.
• Experience completing night audit procedures, reconciliations, and end-of-day financial reporting.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel overnight operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and seamless experience for guests while supporting team members across the property.
• Create exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns promptly, personalising service, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate shift handovers and team briefings, monitor guest arrivals and departures, maintain shift records, and communicate issues requiring follow-up.
• Support and develop the overnight team, including Front Office, Porters, Security, Housekeeping and other operational areas.
• Maintain safety and security by overseeing procedures, property checks, incident reporting, and coordinating emergency responses.
• Complete the night audit and ensure reports are balanced and guest accounts reconciled for a smooth start to the next day.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure service delivery is seamless and operational challenges are resolved efficiently.
